St Mary’s Church

Category

St. Mary's was established in 1853 by early Luxembourg immigrants. The current limestone structure was erected between 1882 and 1884, marking the third house of worship on "St. Mary's Hill" following earlier frame churches built in 1849 and 1860. The church is part of St. John XXIII Catholic Parish, alongside St. Peter of Alcantara in Port Washington and Immaculate Conception in Saukville.
